At Pro-Line Paddle, we’re committed to delivering gear that performs under pressure—and stands the test of time. Every paddle is backed by a warranty designed to give you confidence on and off the court.

Standard Warranty
All Pro-Line paddles come with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use.

 

Extended 1-Year Warranty
Register your paddle within 7 days of purchase to unlock a full 1-year warranty—plus exclusive features like PaddleTag tracking and Pro-Line account access.

 

What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Cracking or splitting of the paddle face
  • Delamination of the paddle surface
  • Handle breakage not caused by misuse or impact

 

What’s Covered
Our warranty includes protection against:

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear such as surface scratches, scuffs, or fading
    • Damage from improper use, abuse, or neglect
    • Any unauthorized repairs or structural modifications
    • Exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture
    EdgeArmor Skinz, which are replaceable and not covered (available here)

 

Feel free to apply EdgeArmor skinz or overgrips—they won’t impact your warranty eligibility. Just avoid altering the structure of the paddle.

 

How to Register Your Paddle
Registering your paddle extends your warranty and activates your PaddleTag security feature—so you can locate your gear if it’s ever lost or stolen.

  1. Tap your NFC-enabled phone to the base of the paddle handle.

  2. Fill out the quick registration form.

  3. Complete this within 15 days to secure your 1-year warranty and tracking benefits.

  4. Access your Pro-Line Account anytime to manage paddle registrations and tracking.

 

 Filing a Warranty Claim

  1. Log in to your Pro-Line Paddle Account.

  2. Navigate to the warranty section and select the paddle in question.

  3. Submit your claim with a brief description and supporting photos.

  4. Our team will evaluate your request and provide next steps if your paddle qualifies for replacement.
