At Pro-Line Paddle, your confidence on the court starts with confidence in your gear. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial period on all paddles purchased from ProLinePaddle.com. If it doesn’t feel like the right match for your game, you can return or exchange it—no hassle, no pressure.

Important: This return policy only applies to direct purchases from our website. Returns from third-party sellers must follow their respective policies.

Every Pro-Line paddle is engineered for performance and built to endure. That’s why we include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase—covering material and manufacturing defects, including paddle core failure.

To keep your coverage active, register your paddle within 15 days of receiving it though the NFC embedded Paddle Tag chip at the base of the handle.

Covered by the Warranty:

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Core breakdown unrelated to abuse or neglect

Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear from regular play
• Surface scratches, chips, or visual marks
  Structural changes or modifications to the paddle
• Feel free to try out EdgeArmor skinz or overgrips—they won’t void your return or warranty. Just avoid altering the paddle’s construction to maintain eligibility.
